Sarah De Pasquale is a Counsellor, Clinical Supervisor, and Behaviour Support Practitioner with extensive experience supporting individuals, families, and professionals across the disability, mental health, and community sectors. Passionate about empowering others to achieve meaningful outcomes, Sarah works collaboratively with individuals and support networks to build resilience, enhance wellbeing, and create lasting positive change through person-centred, trauma-informed practice. Sarah provides face-to-face services across Adelaide, South Australia, and via Telehealth Australia-wide.

What can I expect during my first session?
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know you and understand what has brought you to counselling or clinical supervision. We'll discuss your goals, current challenges, relevant history, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we'll develop a plan that is tailored to your individual needs in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we work at your pace.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No. You do not need a GP referral or Mental Health Care Plan to access our counselling or clinical supervision services. You are welcome to self-refer and book an appointment directly with us.
Are counselling sessions confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is extremely important to us. All counselling sessions are confidential and are conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of PACFA, ACA, and relevant Australian privacy legislation.
There are, however, some legal and ethical exceptions to confidentiality, including where:
  • There is a serious and immediate risk of harm to yourself or another person.
  • Disclosure is required by law (such as mandatory reporting obligations).
  • Records are subpoenaed by a court.
If any of these situations arise, they will be discussed with you wherever possible.
Do you offer clinical supervision for counsellors and Positive Behaviour Support practitioners?

Do you provide counselling across Australia?
Yes.
Our counselling services are delivered via secure telehealth, allowing us to support clients anywhere in Australia. This provides flexible access to professional counselling from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
How long is each counselling or supervision session?
Standard appointments are 60 minutes.
Longer sessions may be available where clinically appropriate or requested. If you require an extended appointment, please contact us to discuss your needs.

How do I book an appointment?
Booking an appointment is easy. Simply contact us via our website, email, or phone to arrange a free 15-minute consultation. This allows us to understand your needs, answer any questions you may have, and ensure we are the right fit before scheduling your first appointment.

Payment is required prior to your appointment. Invoices are emailed upon booking.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full session fee, as the appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.
